Lawyer and former professional dancer, Viviana takes care of all the organizational and development aspects of the shows and special events during the Carovana. In addition to the artistic choices, she takes care of every detail of the hospitality and the itinerary.

With long experience as event and project manager and a great passion for the world of events, Roberta is a very motivated worker with a natural attitude for relationships. Nature lover, horse rider and curious traveller. Don't lose the childlike amazement in looking at the world, it's her motto.
